There is often a lot of discussion on how to increase fertility in women, but an equally important point is how to increase fertility in men. Studies have shown one in every three cases of infertility is due to fertility problems in the male partner alone [1] [2]. Not only does age affect the count and quality of eggs, but age will also affect the count and quality of sperm.
