I have a lot of inflammation and the Dr. believes I have some type of rheumatic disease. I have an appointment in a couple months to see a Rheumatologist. I have change my diet dramatically and started drinking the GHI cleanse everyday. I am just wondering how long I need to keep drinking the GHI Cleanse to lower my inflammation? If I can't afford to keep doing it every day, how often should I drink it? <p>Thanks,<br /> Debbie</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Are there any after effects of taking CHI Cleanse. I have been feeling weak and lethargic and I am not sure if it is a coincidence that I started feeling this way after drinking CHI Cleanse or is flu?

Please make sure you are drinking adequate water for your body weight. There is a high chance you are having a detox effect from the product that is very common. When this occurs We usually suggest doing a 1 week cycle then taking off for one week then doing another week cycle again. But in that off period it is HIGHLY recommenced that your diet is extremely clean and water intake is on par.

Does GHI clesnse also help to cleanse your colon? I struggle to msintain a healthy weight, im under weight, any weight additional loss is not a goal,but a comcern.

Excellent product, the first time I used it , I was surprised at how good it tasted and NOT gritty like others I’ve tried. I use when fasting as it has all you need to get through the day .
