Episodic Memory: A Strong Trend, But Not a Firm Finding
The study also found a strong trend toward improvement in the Picture Sequence Memory task, which measures episodic memory. Sleep: Subjective Daytime Impairment Improved, Objective Sleep Did Not
The sleep findings were more mixed, and they need to be presented carefully. The study found that magnesium L-threonate produced a greater improvement in sleep-related impairment, which measures how sleep problems affect daytime functioning.
