I LOVE these Purple Sticks! At work, I mix in a little hot water with the packet to dissolve, then add ice and cold water to enjoy. The best when SUPER cold. Now, no coffee needed to pick me up!

Love this, it's great energy, yes! But there's little seeds that swirl around and I can't drink it without a little choking. Maybe I need to strain them? Any advice I'm missing is surely welcome. FYI

I use these occasionally at the end of my shift at a manufacturing job to end the day strong. They always do the trick to improve clarity and stamina.

1purple stick,1 scoop magnesium brain food, 2 scoops organic beet root powder mix with 12 ounces organic cranberry juice and a splash of organic lemon juice. Perfect energy and clarity.
